Baby Jonathan!

I had the honor of hosting a baby shower for my cousin with my mother to celebrate her little boy coming into the world. I loved designing the invitations and once I started hearing how much all the invitees loved them I chose to use elements of them for the decorations for the party as well. The theme was boy but we added a hint of us that really gave everybody a laugh. What more fun is a baby shower invitation that a giraffe riding a motorcycle with a side car passenger baby boy. And of course we had to add an actual stuffed motorcycle diaper cake. Cupcakes and favors were decorated with stickers that matched the theme and invitations. I'm a huge banner person so instead of a traditional one to frame I had to do a pendant banner to hang off the pool table with Jonathan's name. The decorations and party was a huge success and I was so happy everyone loved the design.

Strength Logo for Mr Black

 When I got the Strength Logo project I immediately knew what it needed to look like. I loved adding the arms (even though we decided it looked more of like a gym shirt than a martial arts theme) it screamed strength but the final logo was the original one drawn up.

New to come...

I'm working on a couple different projects 

(second cycle logo, Strength, for Mr Black and some personal projects for family events) 

and very busy with work BUT progress and trials will be uploaded soon!!!

Leadership Logo and Keep Calm Shirts for Mr Black

UPDATE: The final pieces got sent out yesterday for the printers!!!

These logos I not only was super excited to fix for a group that was a big part of my childhood, I also knew a lot of the backstory for the organization so coming up with several different things about the school was easier than normal. More designs for Jeramy Black's TaeKwonDo Academy to come!

I really had a lot of fun doing these invitations. It was my first wedding invite so not only am I pretty happy it turned out great the customer loves it!

The happy couple's special day is approaching fast and the bride and groom to be 

approved the final invitation and a hotel accommodation card

Happy New Year

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Our family was super busy with Christmas, jobs and Graduation that getting a Christmas card done was impossible, so we opted for a New Years Card. 

This is the first time mom has let me have full hands on the design so I was extremely excited to make something that I knew she would like and would express her style.

Graduation

So Graduation has come and gone and I have to say it was not as nerve-racking as I thought it was going to be. Graduation is a time to celebrate and I most definitely did, with thousands of photos!!! Hope you enjoy my favorites!

Of course decorating the cap is not only a right of passage but as an art student we really get to express ourselves, and what better way than a favorite quote: 

The Earth without ART is just eh.
